President and CEO

George D. Novak is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Air Carrier Association (NACA). In this role, he works directly with Member company CEOs and senior representatives on NACA’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee to develop the strategic plan for the association and determine policy priorities.

Chris Brown

Vice President, Government Affairs and Ultra Low-Cost Carrier Policy

Chris Brown is the Vice President of Government Affairs and Ultra-Low-Cost Carrier (ULCC) Policy at NACA. In this role, he represents NACA’s ULCC member airlines before Congress and Executive Branch agencies, focusing on the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Paul Doell

Vice President, Government Affairs and Security Policy

Paul Doell is the Vice President of Government Affairs and Security Policy at NACA. In this role, he serves as the primary liaison between the federal government and NACA’s 21 member airlines, tackling a wide range of critical issues from Congressional affairs and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security concerns to bilateral air service issues and economic matters impacting airlines.

Tiana Huey

Director of Airline Traffic Management

Tiana Huey is the Director of Airline Traffic Management at NACA. In this role, she is embedded at the Federal Aviation Administration ATC System Command Center in Warrenton, Virginia, working collaboratively to facilitate seamless communication between NACA member carriers and FAA on all pertinent traffic management initiatives, and to implement appropriate solutions to operational problems while maintaining the safety and integrity of the National Airspace System.

George Paul

Vice President, Technical Services

George Paul is the Vice President of Technical Services at NACA. In this role, George coordinates with the FAA and other federal agencies on behalf of NACA members regarding Operations, Maintenance and Safety issues.

Tammy Pesentheiner

Senior Accounting Consultant

Tammy Pesentheiner is the Senior Accounting Consultant at NACA. In this role, she maintains NACA’s journals and ledger accounts, including Receivables, Payables, Payroll, Assets and Leases.

Dan Stohr

Senior Director, Communications

Dan Stohr is the Senior Director of Communications at NACA. In this role, he oversees the communications efforts of the Association, including strategic planning, public relations, media relations, internal communications, web and social media.
